We really enjoyed everything! The location was perfect and it’s a cute hotel. We had a studio apartment style room so it was nice and spacious. It’s the halfway point from our house in Michigan to Gatlinburg Tn. The morning attendant was very kind!

If you value your sanity and self respect then stay as far...
If you value your sanity and self respect then stay as far away from this hotel as you can possibly get. This place goes beyond a hotel hell. Don't let the cheap and affordable price lull you into a feeling of assurance because your property will disappear, the staff is exceptionally rude and are experts at scamming unsuspecting guests, and the hotel is constantly noisy day or night and that is any time of the day or night so don't bother trying to sleep and if you try to complain, your complaint goes without a suitable resolution because obviously they are not concerned with the comfort of their guests and that explains the high turnover that they have.

The area had its own charm!
The area had its own charm! We loved seeing the stone pillars and beautiful street name posts! It made it feel upper class! Plus it was nice that they had just finished paving the road our hotel was on. They definitely keep the area nice.

The staff was very friendly and when our room smelt of smoke...
The staff was very friendly and when our room smelt of smoke really bad she was able to find us another room right away. Our son has asthma so we were very grateful. The price was the best in the area. The room was a descent size. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. Not enough parking. The food was horrible. We were expecting a lot more than what was offered. They didn’t have any eggs or meat. They had apples for fruit only. Only two kinds of cereal and two kinds of juice. The danishes were dry and they ran out of yogurt and milk before 8 am. On the bright side the waffles were very good. We were only allowed three items per person.
